Windows 10: Airplane mode not on my pc

Discus and support Airplane mode not on my pc in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have my own desktop that i built and just recently updated to windows 11 and for a certain reason i need to access airplane mode. i run off ethernet...     Airplane mode not on my pc


    I have my own desktop that i built and just recently updated to windows 11 and for a certain reason i need to access airplane mode. i run off ethernet so looking for airplane mode i found my pc doesnt even have the option but my friend who also uses ethernet windows 11 has the option where mine doesnt exist. Any reason or fix?

    airplane mode

    problem was:

    pc cant connect to wifi cos airplane mode randomly turned on by itself

    you can google to see why computer does that - microsoft seems to have never fixed this

    fixed this by turning off something in services (this goes to show how many services are bad and should be off by default, again a long-standing microsoft problem that they've never made better)


    new problem:

    the wifi icon on botton left changed to the airplane mode icon

    and when old problem was fixed, airplane mode icon is stuck like that

    what are steps to fix?

    what are troubleshoot this?

    I understand the issue that you are currently facing, we will try the best we can to resolve your issue.

    I suggest you to follow the steps to disable the Airplane mode.

    Step 1: Open Settings, and select or tap on the
    Network & Internet icon.

    Step 2. Select or tap on Airplane mode on the left side to turn
    on or off Airplane mode on the right side.

    I also suggest you to run the Internet Connections troubleshooter and check

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search box
      and Hit Enter.
    • Click View all from the left pane and select Network and Internet and select the Internet connections \Network adapter troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
