Windows 10: Airplane mode toggles itself

Hi, I just installed Win 10 on an old Laptop and the airplane mode toggles itself the whole time. No keys are stuck

950 stuck rapidly toggling in airplane mode

I did the hard reset yesterday as you suggested, and the the phone was working fine as soon as the reset was completed. However, overnight while the phone was not being used the same problem reoccurred. The phone had switched itself to Airplane Mode and I
could not get it out of it. When I attempted to turn Airplane Mode off it rapidly toggled between Cellular Data and Airplane mode. This is the exact same issue as before.

At this point I believe that there must be a hardware issue with the phone and I am going to the ATT store this morning to get it replaced.
