Windows 10: Airpod Issues

My AirPods connect to my PC correctly both Mic and audio but as soon as I join a discord call they completely stop working. I can't hear anything and noon can hear me. however, as soon as I leave the call my audio comes back. I've been googling answers for hours and have tried many different ways to fix this problem and none have worked. my PC uses Windows 11 and says that there are 2 updates however I can't download these updates.

I already went into the setting and tried to pair my AirPods with the laptop, but it's doesn't show up on the list. I followed every step that tells on the website. And I already press and hold the button on the AirPods.

1. Re-pair your AirPods: Remove your AirPods from the list of paired devices on your PC and then re-pair them. This could help reset the connection between your AirPods and your PC.
   
2. Reset your AirPods: According to Apple, you can reset your AirPods Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds until you see the status light flashing amber. After resetting, you can try re-pairing them with your PC.
   
3. Disable the Hands-Free Telephony service: Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers. Find your AirPods, right-click on them and select "Properties". Then go to the "Services" tab and uncheck "Hands-Free Telephony". Click Apply and OK, then try reconnecting your AirPods.
   
4. Check Bluetooth services: Press Win+R, type "services.msc" and press Enter. In the Services window, find "Bluetooth Support Service", right-click it and select "Restart". Then, right-click it again, select "Properties" and set the startup type to "Automatic". Repeat these steps for "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service".
   
5. Check for interference: Other wireless devices and electronic equipment can interfere with Bluetooth connections. If possible, move your PC and AirPods away from other devices and try again.
   
6. Seek professional help: If none of these steps resolve your problem, it may be worth bringing your PC and AirPods to a professional for a check-up.

Let me go over your matching steps with you.

1. Press and hold the button on the AirPods until the indicator turns blinking white.
   
2. Tap Bluetooth & Devices on your computer, tap "+" to add devices, and wait for AirPods to appear in the list.
   

*I have an AirPods Pro here, and based on my testing Bluetooth list it takes a few refreshes to list it. Sometimes you need to wait a while.

Alternatively, you can open the Device Manager by right clicking the Start button on the taskbar, and see if you can see AirPods under "Bluetooth" in the device Manager, where paired devices are listed.
