Windows 10: Airpods 4 connect to Windows 10 but stereo mode doesn't work?

I am desperate, I tried hundreds of times to get these working but they won't.Basically the Airpods 4 connect to the computer and show up, but when i try to use them or play something the sound doesn't come out, only the hands free mode works but the sound is absolute garbage.I tried every solution i could find, unpaired, reset the airpods, disabled hands free mode from the control panel, updated the drivers, nothing worked.Does anyone have a way to make these work?

Cannot find AirPods Stereo Mode

I have been experiencing issues lately with my AirPods on Windows 11, It is stuck on Hands-Free Mode and

i cannot find the Stereo Mode.

 

Airpods Pro 2nd Gen won't let me connect stereo - Windows 10

The sound list is still the same after doing the clean boot.

Airpods not connecting still on the stereo side.

At this point im wondering if a windows reinstall would be the answer?
