Airpods and other bluetooth devices don't work or partially work on ONLY my Windows 11 PC....

This problem suddenly appeared yesterday; when I connect my Airpods to my PC, only the right Airpod works. If I connect the left one, audio ceases to come through or becomes extremely distorted and choppy. I've reinstalled multiple drivers and even reset my entire computer. And the problem is still there. I've tried other headphones too; the same problem. Only the right speaker works.Note that all of these devices work PERFECTLY fine on any other device. Could this be an issue with my PC's hardware? Things still connect fine and it's obvious audio is still trying to come through but it's work

    :)

  2. Airpods pro 2 not working on windows 10

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand the issues you're experiencing with your AirPods Pro on your Windows 10 PC. It seems like you've already tried some common troubleshooting steps. Here are a few more suggestions you might consider:

    1. Re-pair your AirPods: Remove your AirPods from the list of paired devices on your PC and then re-pair them. This could help reset the connection between your AirPods and your PC.
    2. Reset your AirPods: According to Apple, you can reset your AirPods Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds until you see the status light flashing amber. After resetting, you can try re-pairing them with your PC.
    3. Disable the Hands-Free Telephony service: Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers. Find your AirPods, right-click on them and select "Properties". Then go to the "Services" tab and uncheck "Hands-Free Telephony". Click Apply and OK, then try reconnecting your AirPods.
    4. Check Bluetooth services: Press Win+R, type "services.msc" and press Enter. In the Services window, find "Bluetooth Support Service", right-click it and select "Restart". Then, right-click it again, select "Properties" and set the startup type to "Automatic". Repeat these steps for "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service".
    5. Check for interference: Other wireless devices and electronic equipment can interfere with Bluetooth connections. If possible, move your PC and AirPods away from other devices and try again.
    6. Seek professional help: If none of these steps resolve your problem, it may be worth bringing your PC and AirPods to a professional for a check-up.

    Good Day GabriellaRodriguez2,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

First try to connect your Airpods using a different device or computer for us to check if the issue is with the computer or the Airpods itself.

If the Airpods wont work using a different device means that the Airpods is faulty.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Update and Security

Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows Key + R

    -Type Services.msc and hit enter

    -Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

-Set it to start then Automatic.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Bluetooth

-Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Restart your device, then pair the Bluetooth airpods.

if issue persist, let's download and install the Bluetooth driver

What is the exact model of your computer for me to check.

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and manufacturer and post it here.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
