Windows 10: Airpods connecting to Windows 11, but no sound is coming out and they're showing as a...

Hi there, My airpods pro aren't playing audio when connected to my laptop, and it's showing that Razer are the manufacturer rather than Apple in my control panel settings. Razer are the manufacturer of my wireless gaming headphones so I'm not sure how this has happened.My windows is up to date version 22H2, and I've tried pairing and re-pairing the airpods multiple times.Any advice on how to get them working would be appreciated. Airpods connected but no sound

Same problem. Windows 10, fully updated as at today.

On my Windows 10 PC, Airpods Pro show as Paired and Connected, BUT no sound will play via the airpods. I've tried everything - disconnect the airpods, unpair, re-pair, re-connect, also tried disconnecting the airpods on my iphone so no possible conflict - nothing works. I've also ensured the airpods are showing (in Windows 10) as the default sound device.

But the only sound coming from the PC is coming from the PC's internal speakers. No sound is coming through the Airpods Pro. Absolutely maddening.

My PC (Windows 11) says airpods connected but sound still comes out of the PC. I do have the airpods selected in sound settings. When I test the airpods, I do hear the beep. The airpods work fine on my phone. I've tried deleting and re-pairing the airpods and restarting PC many times. My drivers and Windows are up to date.

Hello and thank you for the response. Yes, the airpods do show up when I click the arrow to the right of the volume setting. However, choosing them still does not provide sound through the airpods, sound still comes through the pc.
