Windows 10: Airpods Pro connected but isn't playing sound

Hello, after pairing my airpods to my computer they start to work for around 5 seconds, then they start to lag out a bit, and then they don't play any sound at all. I've went into the control panel and saw that my airpods were playing sound but for some reason I wasn't able to hear it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Things i've tried: Resetting my computerResetting my airpodschecked the update my drivers in device managerturned off bluetooth from my phone and trying my pcturned off handsfree telephony disabled recording headphones

Airpods connected but no sound

Same problem. Windows 10, fully updated as at today.

On my Windows 10 PC, Airpods Pro show as Paired and Connected, BUT no sound will play via the airpods. I've tried everything - disconnect the airpods, unpair, re-pair, re-connect, also tried disconnecting the airpods on my iphone so no possible conflict - nothing works. I've also ensured the airpods are showing (in Windows 10) as the default sound device.

But the only sound coming from the PC is coming from the PC's internal speakers. No sound is coming through the Airpods Pro. Absolutely maddening.

I am not sure if this would help. Similar issue was seen on my PC and I tried the following

Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Communications -> Select Option "Do Nothing"

After following the above I was able to connect the Airpods Pro 2 and does not disconnect anymore and the audio also works fine.

PS : Also once it is connected I selected back the previous option ("Reduce the volume of other sounds by 80%") as is, seems like this does not impact the connection any more and everything works fine.

Airpods pro wont play audio on windows 11 i have dell vostro 5402

tried uninstalling drivers, changing registry of absolute volume, nothing works!
i think you should update the audio drivers to support airpods pro!
airpods pro is connected but not playing any audio(sometimes it cuts in random sound(not clear))!
