Windows 10: Airpods

Does anyone know how to fix my airpods? I have recently been using my airpods on my pc and the audio and microphone have been fine except yesterday when the mmicrophone suddenly stopped working. My audio still works but the microphone isn't working. I am on setting and when a allow my microphone to work my audio stops working. Does anyone know how to help?

Can't connect AirPods with window

I already went into the setting and tried to pair my AirPods with the laptop, but it's doesn't show up on the list. I followed every step that tells on the website. And I already press and hold the button on the AirPods.

Let me go over your matching steps with you.

1. Press and hold the button on the AirPods until the indicator turns blinking white.
   
2. Tap Bluetooth & Devices on your computer, tap "+" to add devices, and wait for AirPods to appear in the list.
   

*I have an AirPods Pro here, and based on my testing Bluetooth list it takes a few refreshes to list it. Sometimes you need to wait a while.

Alternatively, you can open the Device Manager by right clicking the Start button on the taskbar, and see if you can see AirPods under "Bluetooth" in the device Manager, where paired devices are listed.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thank you for replying.



I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if that helps:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand, Human Interface Devices.
   
3. Look for AirPods Audio/Video Remote Control HID and
   AirPods Hands-Free Call Control HID, right click on each entry and select
   Properties.
   
4. Go to the Power Management Tab, clear the checkbox for
   Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
   
5. Also, repeat step 4 for Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID.
   
6. Click on OK.
