Windows 10: Airturn BT-200 DUO Driver Error - bluetooth driver

I have a low energy bluetooth device that previously worked with windows. I am using the Airturn Duo BT-200. When it connects to my PC, I see an error that says "Driver Error". I have checked the device website for firmware or driver updates but there are none. I contacted the manufacturer for support to make sure I wasn't missing any updates and I was informed that there are none. The manufacturer said that I need to contact Microsoft to get the correct low energy device driver.


I have accomplished the following actions several times with no luck:

1 Uninstalled the device from the Settings and reinstalled

2 Checked for Windows Updates/Security and rebooted

3 Right clicked on Start Menu, opened Device Manager, Clicked Bluetooth, found device and searched for updates online most current drivers were installed and none are on the device website. Uninstalled device and associated LE Bluetooth drivers, rebooted computer, reset BT-200, and reconnected Bluetooth device through Settings and still no help.


Has anyone been able to find a work around?

Driver Error

While trying to connect my previously connected Bluetooth device (AirTurn BT-200) I now get a "driver error" message.

I've contacted the manufacturer and they told me I neve needed to contact you. I haven't changed anything, I just discovered the issue 2 days ago. Please help!

Bluetooth driver error 10 when converted to Windows 10

Apologies for the late reply.

Error code 10 is a driver error, as you have already tried to install the drivers I would suggest you to un-install and re-install drivers and check.



Try the following steps:


Follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Right on the start icon and click on device manager
  
• 
  Select Bluetooth adapter, right click on it and click on un-install.
  
• 
  Restart the computer,
  
• 
  Now, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

BT EDR DONGLE Driver Error

I have a 10-year-old Hitachi Starboard Tablet that works fine on my Dell desktop (running Windows 10) but when I plug the BTU02H-G dongle into my Dell Laptop (also running on Windows 10), the Settings screen for "Bluetooth & other devices" on my laptop lists "BT EDR Dongle Driver Error" and the tablet is not discoverable.
How do I update the driver for my laptop or correct the driver error?
