  1. "AIService" program eating away at my cpu, need some help removing it

This program will lay dormant for a while then randomly spike up to 70-90% CPU. If I don't manually end it in task manager immediately, it causes CPU overload Screen freezing & beeping until I reboot the machine. I don't remember seeing this in my files/task manager before a couple weeks ago and I cant seem to remove it. In the "AIsoft" file it's in, there's 4 applications, AIApp, AIHelper.dll, AIService, & AIUninstaller the uninstaller I am hesitant to touch assuming this is malware. I've run Windows Defender sweeps and SFC Scannow but it hasn't done the job. Any suggestions woul

    :)

  3. Ai service tool causing cpu usage to reach 100%

Hello! I'm having the same issue here. I think the "AIService/AIsoft" program is what's making my PC freeze & make beeping noises (CPU overload) every day. Not to mention how slow it makes my computer, it will lay dormant for a bit then spike up to 80-100% CPU for several minutes or hours.
I'm not 100% sure what you meant by the "path of the process" or how to find that. I can look in properties but I don't understand where to find/identify path.
The file location is This PC > Local Disk (C"AIService" program eating away at my cpu, need some help removing it :) > Program Files (x86) > AIsoft
It lists 4 applications, AIApp, AIHelper.dll, AIService, & AIUninstaller (the uninstaller I am hesitant to touch assuming this is malware).
I've run Windows Defender sweeps and SFC Scannow but it just seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and if you need more info just lemme know, thank you
