I have installed the Akamai Update and I am awaiting for the files to be replaced within the new update.

No! It is not any of those problems listed!

Same Toshiba laptop.

"Akamai Update", is the latest version of Akamai!

Akamai Netsession Interface, the 4th one listed within Programs and Features.

The Date of the product, that I have is 9/17/2016.
