Windows 10: alarm doesnt show on screen

Helloim using windows 10when i set alarms, alarms doesnt appear on screen and they don't make a sound, they show in notifications at right bottom.i dont know why this happens.please tell me the solutionthank you

Method 1: I suggest you to run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps

Method 2: You may uninstall the apps which came inbuilt with Windows 10 using Windows PowerShell and reinstall using Windows store.

Note: You need to close the Windows Store and other apps before executing the PowerShell command. Also, sign-out and sign-in before installing the apps from the store.

Follow the below steps.

• Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to reinstall the Alarm & Clock app.
  

• 
  get-appxpackage *Microsoft.WindowsAlarms* | remove-appxpackage
  
  

After performing the above steps, install the Alarm & Clock app from the Windows store.

Alarm doesn't sound if screen is locked

• How are you using alarm?
  • Set the time under alarm tab en switch the alarm on with the lever next to it.
• Are you using any App?
  • Yes the Alarms & Clock app by Microsoft which was pre-installed on the phone
• Are you using any alarm from the web?
  • No
