Alarm feature for battery level hitting the higher side Eg: 80%

So I came across this post : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/alarm-feature-on-battery-charging-hitting-80-and/9cc64486-255a-4ce7-92c1-e9bd057ef5beBut the solution was only available for the lower end i.e when battery reaches 40% I am able to set the notification/alert from the settings. Still I have no option to set an alert for when the battery reaches a certain level, say for example 80%. Any idea on how to do that?

    :)
