add Alaska time zone windows mobile 6.5

How do we get a time zone added to the list of available options in Windows Mobile 6.5? Adak is on the Aleutian Chain so it's far enough out that it differs from the rest of Alaska. The closest option is Hawaii but when daylight savings ends they change
time whereas Hawaii does not.

We're using Motorola MC65 devices in batch mode (no cellular coverage there) and when we use our scanning application it's sending the wrong times unless we instruct the users to change time during every daylight savings event.

Motorola says to contact Microsoft. Microsoft says to contact Motorola or the carrier. There is no carrier at that location so this forum is the last option. Thank you.
