When I go to my amazon Alexa account on my NEW Cell phone, to authenticate it ask for security code sent from a old # which I do not have. how can I use my Email or a new cell #I upgraded my ISP I can not change WIFI settings until I'm able to get into amazon Alexa App* Moved from Edge

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Can't exactly what happened. I would first reinstall and re-register the people app. This tutorial walks you through the steps. As you only want people you would use the steps outlined in Option 2 for the People app.
