Windows 10: Alexa for Windows installed but throws error when starting

My Lenovo Thinkpad came with Alexa installed, but whenever I tried to run it, got an error message.So uninstalled it and tried re-installing from Play Store, but it downloaded and then told me I already owned it and wouldn't install.This morning, following worsening various 20H2 problems used Media Creation Tool to refresh to 21H1, which is much better, but still getting same Alexa error."Failed to Activate Window. Application Error The exception %s 0x Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007023E"Any ideas please?Thanks

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
