Windows 10: Alexa problem

Can anybody tell me why amazon Alexa app on my windows cannot hear me at speaker but it can hear me at headphones. Can anybody tell me how to solve it or it is an Alexa problem. But it also work very well very few months ago.

Alexa invaded my PC

Windows 10 Home x64 Version 21H2 Build 19044.1586 I have a weird problem with Alexa. When I try to access Amazon.co.uk the Alexa page invades the screen and I cannot get rid of it. I googled the problem but the menu suggested to remove Alexa is not working. Has anyone else had this problem ? I do not use Alexa and I do not want it.

I understand that you are facing issues with Alexa accessing contacts

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• Are you able to see Alexa app in Start menu programs list?
  
• Have you been through privacy settings page (granting access for contacts, microphone, etc.) while setting up Alexa?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persists:



Reset app

Refer to the link given below to reset Alexa app

Once the tick mark appears on Reset option, follow the next steps given below

1. Open Settings (Windows +I)
   
2. Go to Privacy, and then navigate to Contacts on the left pane
   
3. On the right pane, turn off contacts permission for Alexa from the list of apps

Amazon Alexa . . .

I'm running Windows 10 Pro . . . I want to install Amazon Alexa. I type it into Amazon search,

install Alexa. It's free . . .

It shows me a round blue circle. I click on it, but nothing seems to happen. Please give me,

step by step instructions. I just, really want Alexa on my computer . . .
