Windows 10: Alienware Alpha; Missing apps

Hello, I recently reset my Alienware alpha with the option to keep my personal files.That being said, I've found it to be a bit of a hassle finding the apps I need. Huper x cloud alpha not working on windows 10 alienware

I recently bought a hyper x cloud alpha mic and have tried to use the mic on the alienware aurora and it has not been detecting any audio although it detected the micplease help.

Updated NVidia GeForce Experience drivers on alienware alpha running windows 10 now its stuck on alienware logo and loading icon

Hi,i have a Alienware alpha asm100 with windows 10,i updated to the latest nvidia geforce experience game ready drivers though the program last night, this morning alpha is stuck at alienware logo and loading icon,stuck on it for about an hour now..ive
tried system restore,it went through process but when it restarted it just showed alienware logo nothing else,tried system repair too,said it couldnt be repaired,also wouldnt go into safe mode either...any ideas how to fix it?i thanks..
