Windows 10: Alienware Dell Aurora R13 Wifi 6ghz band Not visible on windows 11

I have seen several different unresolved posts regarding the 6ghz band not being visible in the wifi list. The only "solution" I've seen is dell probably disabled the 6ghz band.Yes, everything is 6e capable. the wifi card/chipset. The router. I have verified my network via my S22, I get about 900mb/s down. the phone functions as expected on the 6hz band.My computer is about 7 feet away, so signal loss and strength are 100% not the issue. unless the antenna is the issue. I removed the cover just in case it was somehow shielding it. I haven't looked to see where the antenna wire goes. an

WiFi 6Ghz band not seen by Alienware Aurora 13 with Killer Wi-Fi 6E 1675x

I recently bought a Netgear NightHawk RAXE500 to utilize the 6E capability of my Killer WiFi 6E AX1675x card. But for some reason I don't see the SSID for the 6Ghz band on the router. I assume my computer is capable and I know my router is but haven't been able to figure it out. I saw that 6Ghz needs WAP3 security, but I have WAP2 on the 2.4 and 5 bands, could that be causing the problem? I thought I could set the security type for each band separately, but maybe they all need to be WAP3? Anyone with experience who can help, I would really appreciate it. I would hate to have spent almost $700 on a new router and modem, mainly for that reason and not be able to use it. I tried looking at some YouTube videos and saw one where the guy made a new entry in the Registry that said Is6GhzBandSupported and changed the value to 1, I looked around and noticed it already has that in mine. So unfortunately, that fix doesn't apply to me.

 

Dell Alienware Aurora-R3 & Windows 10 Build 1709 (Fall Creators Edition)

As I said in my question, the make and model of my PC is Dell Alienware Aurora-R3. That computer is NOT Windows 10 compatible, but may users have learned that the main problem is that the computer freezes when the computer reboots during the windows 10
installation, and this can be avoided by simply shutting down whenever the computer starts to restart. I had no problem running Windows 10 until version 1709 came along. I was hoping someone who also had a Dell Alienware Aurora-R3 had come up with a work-around.
