Windows 10: Alienware Laptop / Win 11 Blue Screens

Hello - Been experiencing random blue screens on new Alienware laptop running Win 11. When I checked diagnostic data and problem reports I see a bunch of these AWCCs - Alienware Command Center stopped working. Not sure if this is the root cause but it seems to align with the time when the crash occurred. blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Blue Screen of Death error (Win 11 + Denon DJ 4000 controller) - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello,

sometimes an error occurs causing blue screen of death on my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H R7 with AMD Processor + Win 11).

Here's the minidump file: 102023-12718-01.zip

From the minidump file I can see the error could be related to my Denon DJ 4000 Controller.

Notes:

• Win 11 is up to date
  
• latest Denon DJ drivers and Firmware are installed
  

What are the suggested steps to solve this issue? Is this a compatibility problem on Windows' side or on Denon's side?

SOME ADDITIONAL INFO:

I guess this is also causing some weird issues to media playback:

• sometimes audio playback becomes slower (i.e.: when playing games). Problem goes away when I turn off/on the console
  
• sometimes when Serato DJ is running and the DJ controller is on, I can't playback songs on Spotify ("Spotify cannot play this song at the moment" error). Problem goes away when closing Serato DJ
  
• sometimes video playback on Youtube, Vimeo or other websites freezes. This goes away by rebooting the console and, in some cases, only by rebooting the PC
