Windows 10: Alienware M14x's Taskbar Icons are Not Working (Windows 10 Home Version: 2004 / OS build:...

I'm talking about these taskbar icons, image example:

Battery, internet access, volume, clock, calendar & Action Center

When I use the computer mouse to left-click them nothing happens, the issue occurred after updating to the latest update (information in the title). Everything else is fine including the Start Menu, but when I checked in the Task Manager I'm missing the Windows Shell Experience Host.

Windows 10 free upgrade - Alienware M14x compatibility - Installation key

I have received the notification to install (on July 29th) the new Windows 10. And I have some questions now. I would like to know if I will keep all the special features and menus for Alienware M14x? The automatic installation will be totally compatible
with my Alienware system? when I bought my computer it also came with with the Microsoft Windows 7 version for Alienware.

How will I know the installation key of my new Windows 10? Will it be provided by email?

 

System Icons on taskbar

Hi,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
