  1. ALL 3 screens recieve no power randomly causing ALL PC tower fans to kick in.

Just to clarify, this problem is random. It can happen within 5 mins of turning the PC on, or it can last for hours, running exactly how it should; then out of nowhere, all 3 monitors go black screen no power received, at the same time ALL the fans within the tower go full throttle. This will stay like this until i have to intervene by hitting the reset button. I have done ALL the usual checks. ALL drivers are up to date. ALL power cables work fine as a restart fixes the problem temporarily.ALL HDMI and DVI cables work fine as the restart fixes the problem temporarily.PC IS NOT overclockedPC

Screen Randomly Goes Black, Fans Max Out - PC Requires Power Cycle to Recover

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Maingear PC, which I hope you can assist me in resolving. My PC's screen randomly goes black, and the fans ramp up to the highest speed. I can only restore the PC to a working state by performing a power cycle.

    PC Specifications:

    • Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (16 cores, 4.5 GHz, Boosts to 5.7 GHz)
    • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
    • Cooling: MAINGEAR EPIC RGB 360 AiO Liquid Cooler
    • Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero
    • Memory: 64GB FURY Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz (2x32GB)
    • Power Supply: MAINGEAR 1000W Ignition
    • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
    • M.2 NVMe SSD: 1TB Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    1. Enabled and disabled XMP memory in the BIOS.
    2. Reinstalled the graphics card drivers.
    3. Updated the BIOS firmware.
    4. Verified that RAM modules are installed correctly.
    5. Ran the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) to detect file corruption.
Unfortunately, these steps have not resolved the issue, and I am still experiencing the black screen and high fan speed symptoms.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

  3. PC Tower will not power down?

Long story short, I added an ssd as boot drive, and a new hdd for storage, and did a clean install of windows onto the ssd using a windows 10 image from the website and a flash drive, but now my pc won't power down. When I shutdown, windows goes through
the normal sequence, and the monitor shuts off and acts as if everything is off, no signal, and the tower gets quieter almost as if some things shut down or maybe fans go into low power mode, I'm not sure.

However, the power light stays on, something is definitely running in the tower, dvd drive still opens when button is pushed, but pressing the power button doesn't put it to sleep as it should, and from this point the only way to shut it down, or even turn
everything back on for that matter, is to hold the power button to force shutdown, then press it to boot everything back up.

I even tried force shutdown through cmd, and holding shift during shutdown, nothing changes, I get the same result, windows shuts down, monitor loses signal, but the pc stays on.

  4. ALL 3 screens recieve no power randomly causing ALL PC tower fans to kick in.

Pc fans running at 100 percent and black screen randomly even while booting

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand you're experiencing issues with your PC. From your description, it sounds like this might be an issue related to overheating, graphics card drivers, or potentially a hardware fault. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for Overheating: Ensure your PC is not overheating. Overheating can cause your fans to run at 100% and your system to crash. Clean any dust from your PC and ensure all fans are working properly. If your PC is overheating, you may need to consider improving cooling in your system.
    2. Update Graphics Card Drivers: Sometimes, graphics card drivers can cause issues. Navigate to the NVIDIA website and download the latest drivers for your GTX 1050 Ti. Choose a 'clean installation' during the process, which will remove the old drivers before installing the new ones.
    3. Check Your Power Supply: Ensure your power supply unit (PSU) is providing enough power to your components, especially the graphics card. If your PSU is not adequate, it could cause crashes.
    4. Test Your Graphics Card: If possible, try your graphics card in a different PC. If the same issue occurs on that PC, then it's likely the graphics card is faulty.
    5. Hardware Test: If none of the above steps help, consider running a hardware diagnostic test. Some PC manufacturers provide built-in diagnostic tools. You can access these by booting into the BIOS.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.

    Best regards
