    All apps not working after few seconds of Windows start


    After transporting my PC I faced an issue, that after start all apps doesn’t work. I even can’t restart PC, open taskmanager or Settings. I resolve it with reinstalling windows and updating to 11 version. Now I upgraded my PC with PCIe Network card with wi-fi and this issue happened again. I don’t want to reinstall it again, can you help me?

    Weather App not working windows 8.1

    I have no problems with the weather app... on my pc, tablets, laptops, or windows phones.
    Must be regional/local problems.

    Or, your store/app data files may be corrupt.
    Might want to try the apps troubleshooter.
