Windows 10: All audio jacksfront and back are not working on my pc

I've just bought a new pc and I've been using the audio jack that is a part of the monitor and it was working fine but I needed a mic, when I've bought a new mic it didn't work when I plugged it in, so I tried plugging the headphones in the motherboard and in the case and it they didn't work,

everything is working fine when used on another PC.

So far, I have tried the following.

Updating my windows to the latest version.

Uninstalling the audio driver and using windows 's default one.

Updating it from device manager.

Installing the latest version manually.

Uninstalling the driver again.

Installing the latest version specific to my motherboard available in the Motherboard brand's website.

Boosting the mic from the settings.

Disabling front panel jack detection.
My motherboard is ASROCK H81m-VG4 r2.02 BIOS v1.60

Audio not working

AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

Step 5:

Restart PC

Can not record audio.

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
