Windows 10: All bluetooth service missing

In a service there are not anyone bluetooth service, i have tried checking a new driver update fot bluetooh, troubleshooting, anything what i found in internet not helped mei'm using Tp-link UB400

Bluetooth Services

I've been using the audio gateway on my phone for a while, but when I actually looked through the list of services it does provide, I found it to be quite large. For some reason, my computer doesn't support many of these, such as remote control etc.

I'm pretty sure it has more or less to do with my bluetooth adapter, because it gives me only a small list of the total services it can accept. Anybody have any idea how I can add more?

Can you explain how did you check "hands free service is enabled"?

As per the description, I understand that you are unable to connect your phone to your PC to make phone calls. However you can play songs from your phone.

To begin with, I would like to inform that in Windows 10 you Bluetooth settings will be located under Devices and Printers in Control Panel. Here you will be able to locate the devices that are connected to your PC wired or wirelessly.

To address you issue, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if it help resolve your issue.

Step 1: Disconnect you phone.

• Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
• Select your device and click on the Remove Device button.
• Once done reboot the PC.

Step 2: Repair.

• Connect your phones Bluetooth with your PC.
• 
  After your drivers have installed, go Back to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  Now right click on your headset
  
• 
  Select Properties and click on Services and check if the below are available for you
  
• 
  If yes, click or highlight these boxes
  
  • Audio Sink
  • Handsfree telephony
  • Headset
  • Remote control
  • Remotely controllable device
• 
  After highlighting or checking these boxes click Apply and more drivers will install after drivers finish
  
• 
  Now Reboot your laptop.
