Discus and support All browsers cover the task bar even when they are NOT in full screen mode. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; The only way I can fix it is restarting explorer.     All browsers cover the task bar even when they are NOT in full screen mode.


    The only way I can fix it is restarting explorer. This is unacceptable to fix a bug that has been around for months. Please advise on a permanent fix.
