Windows 10: All components of Windows Update stuck at 0%

Hello,All the components of my Windows Update are stuck at Downloading - 0%. In addition to this, my Microsoft Store does not download/update anything, and hasn't done for many months.I've tried the steps from this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-update-always-stuck-at-0/a76b623b-786a-41a1-a32f-7614099b5588 but was left with a screen that said 'This PC can't be upgraded to this version of Windows.'.Please help!ThanksOliver

Downloading updates stuck at 0%


Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

• Do you get any error code or message?
• Which build have you currently installed in your computer?

We suspect that issue might occur due to some corruption in Windows update components.

Hence, I suggest you to run the Update troubleshooter and check for the issue.

I suggest you to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run Windows Updatetroubleshooter:

• PressWindows key + W and type troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• ClickWindows Update troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.
