Windows 10: All desktop apps fail to open file system error -2147163901

Hi there community! This might take a while but hear me out completely. About 3 days ago, I decided to reset my windows because of frequent blue screens MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. The reset was as successful as ever, but then it probably crashed since I had Edge open and the next time I saw Windows was on login page. I logged in, opened Edge to find it had crashed. I went to Event Log of Windows, to read the recent crash logs and there I found the crash code was 1a which translates to MEMORY_MANAGEMENT yet again according to a usef

I tried multiple ways but I still got the File System Error (-2147163901), and I can't open all Microsoft apps, like notepad, calculator, etc.

I cannot open individual items in "Pictures" with error message "File system error (-2147163901)" . Photos will not open at all though it is installed and has been reset. I am using Windows 10 Home on a PC. Any suggestions?

After this file system error (-2147163901) with Windows 10, all Windows apps can no longer be opened.

So no photo, post or Skype etc.

Even deleting and re-downloading the apps is unsuccessful.

Also the steps:

PowerShell as an administrator

Dism / Online / Cleanup Image / RestoreHealth etc. did not work.

Also the MediaCreationTool1809 with no success.

Does anyone have a solution for this bug without having to reinstall Windows?
