Windows 10: All devices are connecting and disconnecting at random

My mouse, keyboard and headset, which aren't Bluetooth, randomly will all disconnect at the same time and reconnect seconds later. I've factory reset my pc twice and this is still happening. I've tried updating bios and still this continues. I've used my equipment on other computers and it all works fine. I've updated all drivers and still this happens.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

If the connect/disconnect sounds is only happening when playing an specific game, It might be a game app or a driver issue. we suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the game and check if the problem persists. Check the steps provided below:

• Open the Start menu.
• Click Settings.
• Click System on the Settings menu.
• Select Apps & features from the left pane. ...
• Select an app you wish to uninstall.
• Click the Uninstall button that appears.

Make sure also that your device software drivers are updated.

Random device connect/disconnect sound and PC freeze

The problem: Random device disconnected and reconnect sound like when you plugin a USB drive. Also a brief 1-3s computer freeze where the display is frozen and cursor is stuck. It happens entirely randomly/sporadically but lately it is happened much more frequently, sometimes once/hour, sometimes once/5-minutes. It sometimes happens only once and sometimes 3-4 times back to back disconnects/reconnects.

USBLogView/USBDeview show nothing. No logs and no device is disconnecting/reconnecting. Monitoring Device Manager also shows nothing as the whole window refreshes when it happens. System is about 6 years old with this problem starting within the last month.

Mobo: Gigabyte Z170-HD3-CF
GPU: MSI RX480 8gb
CPU: i5-6600K 3.5GHz
Mem: Kingston HyperX 8gb DDR4-2133
PSU: EVGA 650W 80+ Bronze

What I've tried so far:

• Cleaned every USB port and device connected with compressed air
  
• Disabled 'USB Selective Suspend'
  
• Uninstalled/Reinstalled drivers for USB Controller, Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Network Adapter, GPU
  
• Unchecked 'Allow computer to turn off to save power' option in Power Management for all my USB devices including everything mentioned above
  
• Unplugged my keyboard and mouse completely, problem still occurs. They are the only thing connected via USB, no hubs.
  

Anyone have a similar issue? Any help is appreciated, thank you.
