Windows 10: All direct x12 games are unstable and crashing

Hello, sorry this is my first time posting here but im really desperate, my specs are: gtx 1650max q, i710th gen, 16gb ram and when ever i run a direct x 12 game it just uneplayable like the finales crashes 2min after launching a game or apex legends just wont even launch in the menu it keep loading for ever and its making me lose my mind.. i would appreciate somehelp

i installed windows 10 and i still only have direct x11.2, what should i do i want my direct x12 so i can improve my gaming experience! everyone else that has installed windows 10 and has direct x12 but me!

I don't think so because my laptop is i3 and only comes with Intel graphics, and I have checked whether my laptop has amd, it doesn't nor does it have NVidia. although my laptop has 8gb ram, intel hd graphics 4000 and 1.8 ghz, it is capable of running games
with high requirements at good speeds i.e. GTA 5, fifa 16 so I don't understand why I cant have direct x12. Isn't there a way I can manually install it?

Processor Intel(R0 Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 32 GB Ram, NVidia GTX960 430.39 version.


2. Which version of Windows is installed on your computer?

Windows 10 with Direct X12


I did refer to the article
Game crashes or closes unexpectedly for the troubleshooting steps, however,
nothing seemed to work. The only thing I didn't do is do a complete re-install
