Windows 10: all files in my downloads folder are missing and i cant access any of them

recently i did a drive partition and created a windows D . but after few days , when i opened my downloads file, i wasnt able to find a single file in my downloads folder. instead there was a file of types PARTS which was around 4.08 MBs and i couldnt open it. also when i went to the home section to find some of the files which are in the downloads folder in my recent tab, i couldnt access them. i tried to attch screenshots but it failed. please fix my problem

Pinned & Recent Folder Missing From Explorer in Start

Cannot unping wrong Download Folder from Quick Access

To unpin the download folder from Quick access.

• Right click on download folder.
• Select unpin from Quick access.

To unpin the download folder from Quick access.

• Select pin from Quick access.

• Press the Windows logo key + E key, to open File Explorer.
• Click on View tab.
• Click on Options button, located in top right corner of the window.
