Windows 10: All folders are marked read only!

All of my folders are marked as read only, I've reset my laptop fully to try and fix this and it won't work. I've tried to right click Windows C:, go to security, and allow all accounts to have full control but it keeps saying it "failed to enumerate objects in container" on every folder. I've went to powershell admin and tried to and got the same error it's been so annoying tbh.

Emails I move to another folder are not marked as "read"

This issue is the topic of at least two other threads, neither of which are answered:

• "Reading emails doesn't always mark them unread"
• "E-mail read and deleted on WP7 shows up in in Outlook in Deleted folder but displays
  as unread"

This is a good example of how frustrating it is to try and research issues using a forum system instead of an issue tracking system. You mention that "Microsoft is aware of this issue." Is the issue documented anywhere that allows users to monitor it?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Setting your important or personal files to read-only can help protect them from unintentional or unauthorized changes. When a file is set to read-only, it cannot be changed.

• Right-click the file or folder you want to set to read-only, and then click
  Properties.
• Click the General tab, select the Read-only check box, and then click
  OK.

If you need to make changes to the file or folder later, you can turn off the read-only setting by clearing the
Read-only check box.
