    It's like Microsoft has just decided to stop functioning as a corporation all at once. Went to get help online and they immediately ended the chat without ever talking to me. Can't call. Can't get any link on Microsoft.com to function.

    Need Help Printing W-3 Forms in QuickBooks Desktop – Assistance Required!

    I am trying to print the W-3 form in QuickBooks Desktop, but I can't find the option to do so. I've followed the usual payroll forms printing steps, but the W-3 form isn't listed. Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it? Any help from the community would be appreciated!

    Let’s try the simple troubleshooting steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    • Press Windows key + R and type inetcpl.cpl and hit
      enter.
    • Now click on Contents tab and click on settings button (Auto complete stores previous entries on Webpages suggests matches for you)
    • Now check the Form box and click on Ok.
