Windows 10: All games lagging

Ive had my gaming pc since December 2021 and it’s been running great up until February this year. Suddenly all my games started to lag and sites like YouTube, discord etc work good still. I’ve tried everything to fix it, all kinds of tutorials and stuff which might have caused this problem but none of them worked. I have good Wi-Fi connection so I know that’s not the case. I really need help, I haven’t been able to play anything for 5 months and it really bothers me, all kinds of advice will be appreciated.

• What card game are you having issues with?
• Is the issue the same with other games?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue?

Random lag spikes

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
