Windows 10: All gaming suddenly laggy and unsure of what caused it.

I was playing wart thunder yesterday and everything was running fine and smooth. I went and ran some errands and when I came back, booted up my laptop war thunder and all my other games were slammed with lag to the point where i couldnt even get past the main menu, and the mouse looked like it was moving in slow motion. My wifi is working perfectly fine, i turned on my xbox and everything on there ran perfectly fine. I have the Asus Tuf 16. Not sure what happened. I restarted my laptop multiple times and it didnt help.

Microsoft Games Very Laggy

Sorry it to so long for the reply, I lost my charger and had to get a new one. I've tried both sets of steps, and it's still exceptionally laggy. There's a 1-2 second delay between when I touch the screen and when something moves. It's happening in
other Microsoft games, too.

 

mouse is so laggy suddenly

after restarting my computer or every turned on my computer my mouse becomes so laggy. the worst thing is, the mouse is also laggy when I playing some games

 

Games folder suddenly empty Windows 10

Using Windows 10. This morning the games folder was suddenly empty. I found instructions that were for Windows 7 on how to turn on games, and tried to use the same method, but when I went to "turn windows features on and off" in the Windows 10 control
panel, 'games' isn't on the list. Any suggestions?
