    All Headphones Are Super Amplified


    For some reason, all my sets of headphones are super amplified. I have my system volume on 1 and program volumes as low as they will go, yet everything is still incredibly loud. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting each set, as well as restarting my computer, but I have been unable to fix it yet. This happens with both bluetooth and wired headphones. On Windows 10 1903.

    Oppo HA-2 Portable Headphone Amplifier and DAC used with Lumia 950XL

    I have a Lumia 950XL and have tried different adapters to use it with my Portable Headphone Amplifier and DAC,

    but it does not work. The HA-2 works fine with iPhone 6 and other Android phones. The message I get from Lumia is " Try connect to a PC" When will the USB on Lumia be compatible? Other solution?
