Windows 10: All icons n font print r so small, new Lenovo laptop with installed Microsoft.

I purchased a new Lenovo laptop and have Microsoft on it. All my icons and font print are so small and if I enlarge them they are way too large. I never had a problem like this with my older laptops or computers. I see other people have had the same problem, I'm not along. This should not be this horrific aggravation that it has become. Not only that, when they tell you to try something, it's not explained clearly.

To further isolate the concern, we suggest that you restore default settings and check if it helps. See steps below:

• Press the Windows key + X, and then click on Control
  Panel.
• Change the View by to large/small
  icons, and then click on Fonts.
• On the left pane, click on Font settings.
• Under Font settings, click on Restore default font settings.

If restoring the default font settings does not bring back the Times New Roman Regular font, we suggest that if you have another computer with Windows 10, you can copy the Times New Roman Regular font into your PC's Font folder.

 

Print font is to small to read after it is printed.

I followed your instructions but it didn't help. The print is still to small after it is printed, the print preview is very small. and that is the way it is printed out. It is as small as a 4 or 5 font.

• Did you check the printer settings?
• What is the make and model of the printer?

Method 1:

I would suggest you to check if the font and the text appear properly in the
print preview of the file.

Method 2:

I suggest you to try running Printer troubleshooter and check if it fixes the issue.
