    All images desaturated when opened in any application... How do I fix this?


    I've been working in Autodesk Maya and rendering scenes with Arnold and recently noticed that the saved rendered image files are all desaturated. Not only that, but I've found that every other image I open with the photos app has been desaturated. This has happened with both .jpg and .png files.There is a period of a few frames upon first opening any image in which the color saturation is correct before becoming desaturated. If I go into the editing mode from the photos app, the color is correct. However, if I open my images in Photoshop, I see that they are still desaturated.I am completely l

    Windows 10 Photo Viewer's desaturated colors

    My laptop = HP Envy x360 convertible 15m xxxx (fully up to date)

    I have been having the issue with desaturated colors in Windows 10.

    The screen is calibrated. Photos in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop are correct. Photos displayed on websites i use are correct (i.e zenfolio). Printed photos are correct.

    Windows 10 default photo viewer, image thumbnails and Windows 10 Instagram App(while uploading) are all desaturated.

    I have searched numerous time for a solution and I have tried different ICC profiles, nothing has fixed this issue.

    At this point it's more of an annoyance than anything. I am concerned however clients will open photo files and see desaturated photos.

    This was never an issue on Win 7,8x.

    Any help towards finding a solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Open With opens with different application then the one selected

    Can someone please provide the steps to fix this? This is maddening!

    I just upgraded to Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 and now it doesn't even show up in the list of Open With applications.

    I don't want Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 to be the default application to open image files as I use numerous different applications to work on my images. I just want it to be an option in the Open With list.

    How do I get Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 to show up in the list of Open With applications and how do I confirm that when I select it to open a file it actually opens instead of some different application.

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
