Windows 10: All images, in file explorer, picture viewer, photoshop, etc show up as almost completely...

Hi,Recently, when I am trying to view any image in any application, apart from on websites, the image appears almost completely black, with no explanation and no error codes. I have an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo with the RTX2060. The laptop renders games and 3D applications perfectly fine, but cannot display saved images. I have left an example of a project I was working on, it is supposed to be brightly colored with a mostly white background. I use my system for work and it is essential that I can view images correctly, what is going on? I updated my graphics drivers and the problem is persisting.

Image Viewer

My images open in Photoshop by default. I want to change that to a simpler image viewer. Any suggestions?

 

Clear the 'cache' in file explorer for already used picture tags?


If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.





This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?

 

How can I change my default view of images to my Photoshop jpeg format?

• Open File Explorer, then right-click on a JPEG file.
• Select Properties, then click Change beside
  Opens with.
• Select Photoshop. If Photoshop is not on the list, select
  Look for another app on this PC.
• From the list, select Photoshop.

If the Photoshop app is missing, we highly suggest that you update the app or uninstall; then reinstall the Photoshop app through Windows Store.
