  1. All internet browsers crash suddenly when I open Premiere Pro

The problem occurs when I already use any browser I tried edge, chrome and Firefox and once I open Premiere all browsers close suddenly and if I try to open them again they do not respond. I tried repeatedly. When I open any browser, there is no response, but once I close Premiere, browsers open normally. I tried all possible attempts, such as updating Windows to update the latest update and the graphics card player, and I removed the programs and reinstalled them again, but there was no result.

    :)

  3. HEVC installation problem impact on Premiere Pro

    Dear Eldianthor

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are getting the error "This files requires the HEVC ......." when using Premiere Pro. So you downloaded HEVE Video Extensions from the app shop, but you encountered the error "This App will not work on your device."

Based on the screenshot you have shared, it appears that you have completed downloading HEVE Video Extensions. there are a number of possible causes for this error, you can try the following steps to see what the problem is:

The Microsoft Store cache may be causing the problem, you can try clearing the Microsoft Store cache.

    • Search for cmd in the search box, select run as administrator
    • type wsreset.exe. Press enter.

The Microsoft Store itself may have a data file error, find Microsoft Store in Settings - Applications and select Advanced Settings - Reset.

    Restart the application identification service.

    • Open Run by pressing win+R on your keyboard
    • type services.msc in Run and press enter to open the Services window.
    • Scroll down to find the Application Identification Service.
    • Stop it and then enable it.

If you have downloaded HEVE Video Extensions and Premiere Pro still does not start. This may be a problem with the Premiere Pro software recognising HEVE Video Extensions and I would love to help you, but as this is a Microsoft forum and I don't know much about Premiere Pro, I may not be able to help you further. You can discuss this further with technical support professionals and users in the official Premiere Pro forums.
