Windows 10: all links to the web stopped working in windows mail

Hi,

Within the last few days all links to the web stopped working in windows mail. If I access the email thru the servers, yahoo or hotmail, the links will function. I am using Windows 10 v1803. There are no options in the settings to, well do anything.

Can anyone offer some assistance?

• As you mentioned, "My Windows 10 Mail has stopped working", do you mean Windows 10 Mail App?

• 
  Do you see any error message?

  The account you are facing issues with, is that the only and primary account configured in Windows 10 Mail App or it is an additional account?
  

If additional account, then I suggest
remove the account and reconfigure it, and check the behavior. This doesn’t delete the original account or messages—you’ll still be able to get to them through a browser.

I also suggest you to go to People.Live.com
and check if you are able to access your contacts from web based interface.

Mail app and web page links not opening new tab


This is probably something dumb I've done, but I can't figure it out.

emails in Mail used to open web links (http and https) in a new tab in my FF browser. Now, they open on the current tab. Not sure whether it's a Mail setting or a FF setting; both have been updated, so either could be the cause.

Any suggestions on where to look for how to handle links in email in Mail?
