Windows 10: All Microsoft Games freeze at loading screens

Hello, i ve had this very weird problem with Microsoft Store recently, and i have yet to found a working solution.

The problem began about 2 days ago, when i freshly downloaded onto my new PC the Forza Horizon 4 game.

At first, it was just fine, but then i started freezing on the Loading page with the loop video. Reinstalled 2 times, still the same thing. Drivers up to date, RAM is clear, windows updated, Feature packs up to date. I have these issues with FH3 aswell. Anyone know how to solve this dumpsterfire?

• What exactly happens when you say the game don’t load?
• Did you receive any error messages?
• Does the game freeze?
• Is the issue specific to a single game?

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Farcry freezes on load screen

I tried benching this game with HOC benchmark, the game freezes as soon as it tries to load the level.

If i launch the game and load the level , then also it freezes.

Running X1950xt with catalyst 8.8 . what could be the problem ?
