Windows 10: All microsoft store apps wont open

Hey guys,Pretty much ever since ive updated to Windows 11 none of my microsoft store apps have opened, including microsoft store. Even windows security. It wasnt really an issue until i wanted to play forza and it requires me to sign into xbox, but wont let me download the xbox app even from the website giving me an error 0x800706D9. I have tried all the powershell commands i have found online, as well as the 2 msreset commands. The only other option i believe i have left is resetting my windows, just dont want to have to download all the stuff i already have, as well as im not sure if im fo

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

i did these steps. and Windows Store Service isn't showing up on the list at all
