    All my app icons are the default windows icon. How do I get them back to normal?


    There's two accounts on my computer, an admin account and mine. I downloaded some files and they were put on the admin account, which caused them to not have proper icons on the desktop. I moved them to my documents folder which fixed it, but I wanted to desync the documents folder from my OneDrive to free up storage, but didn't remember how to do it. I clicked "free up space" and now everything has missing icons.I have tried- Removing the iconcache in my appdata folder- restarting windows explorer and my computer several times- Manually creating new shortcuts for everything Went away upon a

    Remove Linux Desktop Icons

    I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

    Need default Windows icons

    Forgive me for taking the easy way out but I've been searching on google (images) and thru the forums and not found anything.

    Can anyone tell me where either the default Windows icons are located in XP or I can download the full icon set from?

    I'm working on creating a custom Micro$oft Summerboard theme for my iPhone because it just makes me feel dirty seeing all those Apple designed icons every time I use it.

    Caveat:
    I am not looking to instigate a Microsoft vs Apple flamewar, I just consider myself a hardcore Micro$oft fan which is why I'm trying to make the theme. If anything I've said offends any Mac users then I sincerely apologise.
