    All my content dissapeared, like my account was totally washed out


    I have opened the computer after few days. Received information it could not logged in to my microsoft account and that I was logged in to some temporary account. As the main screen opened looked nearly empty and totally different I closed the computer and opened it again. And to log in I went for the option of 'forgot my password' and generated a new one for loggin in to my account. I logged in with the new password. And it did work. My computer is totally empty. no files, pictures emails....nothing. What is happening. Could you help.

    Awful washed out colors in Windows 10. Happens intermittently

    I wonder why nobody has suggested the OP to make a screenshot of display showing these "washed out colors"? Everything I have read in this thread suggests that the issue is not in Windows, but instead in display / monitor.

    My suggestion: next time you'll see these washed out colors, make a screenshot and post it here. If the screenshot shows us that colors are OK, then the issue is your monitor failing.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
