Windows 10: All my files and folders have two circular blue arrows on them, how do I get rid of them?

All my files and folders have two circular blue arrows on them, how do I get rid of them? Question has been asked before and not answered properly. Don't answer if you are not going to answer how to get rid of them. Thank you.

All my files and folders have two circular blue arrows on them after the last update, how do I get rid of them?

Recently installed all the recent updates for Windows 10 and now all of my folders and file icons have two circular blue arrows on the lower left corner. What are they for and how do I get rid of them?

After clean install of Windows 10 build 10565 folders and files on the drives have Blue Arrows on icons. One solution I found is to disable - compression . Then one compromises with the disk space . How to get rid of these arrows? These arrows has no relation
with Norton in this build's scenario. Build has this bug.

 

What are Circular arrows indicate under files

I have 2 circular arrows under each of my files and pictures since I got my new laptop. I loaded the pictures from a memory stick and now these arrows appear and I can't open the file unless I right click each file. I don't want one drive, so how can I get rid of that if it is the problem? I have Windows 10.
