All my files are shown as trying to sync, I think to Onedrive, and I can't stop or change that

I have Windows 10 for Home. After an auto update on Oct 26, 2020, I found all my files--documents, photos, music, desktop items--were in C:\Users\myname\OneDrive as opposed to where they used to be C:\Users\myname\Documents, which is still listed as the default. Windows won't let me move my files or restore the default, displaying message saying 'Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected. Access denied.' A few files were already in the onedrive cloud, but for the vast majority, the blue circular arrows appear under status and won't go away. I have turned sync off. Onedrive cloud icon does not appear in my task bar, and I cannot make it appear. I do not have an active Microsoft Office and so can't change defaults there and even if I could I don't see how that would affect the existing files. My onedrive.com acct is 92% full and not getting fuller even though I have thousands of files that are statused as syncing. My computer starting acting 'funny' after the update, slower, some objects reappeared after deletion though that has now stopped. Our streaming on other devices has had sporadic problems. I would like to get onedrive out of my life and have my files back on my big hard drive, where they used to be.

    :)

    OneDrive Sync Issue

Honestly, I don't understand why you haven't already tried to boot with WinPE or other live disk and manually remove the file? This example using Macrium WinPE boot disk, download Macrium Free and let it create a boot disk for you. Option to create one is shown automatically when you launch Macrium first time:

    1. Switch to C: drive
    2. Change the working folder to your OneDrive folder
    3. Check that the file has no Read Only (r) and System (s) attributes set. As the file name in your case is quite long, you don't have to type the full name. Use the *.* wildcard to replace any number of characters in file name and any extension, in your case command attrib .849C*.* should be enough
    4. If r and / or s attributes are shown for the file, remove them with command attrib .849C*.* -r -s
    5. Check that attributes r & s are removed
    6. Delete the file with del .849C*.*
(Steps 3 & 5 not necessary; step 3 because removing attributes as in step 4 removes them if set but does no harm if not set, and step 5 because the attrib command works for 100% sure if no error messages are given.)

The file should be removed now. You can test with command dir .849C*.*, it should not be shown anymore.

OneDrive "stuck" on processing 2 changes

Can't get OneDrive to complete the sync. Says processing 2 changes but nothing shown on list. All files in OneDrive in file explorer have a green check mark. How to fix?
