Windows 10: All my games are unplayable since last update

I'm on about my 4th game now, they keep either not loading or crashing. Windows performance has gone to trash. Graphics driver is fully updated. i7-9700kevga 2080 ftw3 super ultra2 TB NVME x24 TB 7200all my games that I play are on my primary gaming nvme.I did this last major update last night and have had nothing but problems. None of my steam games are running after verifying the files or reinstalling them. How can I roll back?

Wordament update has made wordament unplayable

I was asked to update Wordament but each time it moves me forward for having got certain points for a level, when I go back to play it all words havegone. The stars are there but basically the game is unplayable. Any suggestions as to how I can put this
right, please.

 

Windows Update - gaming lag...unplayable

Windows 10 was just updated yesterday 5/29/2020 with a link given to me from a Microsoft advisor. Now my games are unplayable with lag. When I used the settings check for updates, there were none available and I was already up to date. If I check my
update history, it is gone...nothing in update history?? If I go to recovery and uninstall updates to a previous build, it states I would have to reinstall some programs & apps! What can I do to go back to a previous build?
