Windows 10: All my "Optional Features" are missing, i cant activate or deactivate anything,

Discus and support All my "Optional Features" are missing, i cant activate or deactivate anything, in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I want to activate the optional wireless projection feature but when I go to the settings section to search for this nothing appears, I even restarted...     All my "Optional Features" are missing, i cant activate or deactivate anything,


    I want to activate the optional wireless projection feature but when I go to the settings section to search for this nothing appears, I even restarted the computer and tried to search for it with the troubleshooter.It doesn't even let me upload a photo of what's happening to me. But basically the optional features configuration page appears blank, no optional features appear.
