Windows 10: All my sign on options say unavailable how do I change the pin?

I need to change my pin from a number pin to a word pin when signing into my computer. I tried doing it when signing in but it didn’t give me the use letters option I’ve gone into setting they all say unavailable, I’ve tried the app data service users method, I tried updating devise, nothing is workingI’ve done windows E I’ve done windows R None of it is changing anything or changing the problem

Pin sign in options unavailable

Ever since I accidentally typed my password wrong multiple times, majority of my sign in options (pin and fingerprint) have become unavailable.

Every time I open my laptop and I press "change pin" and sign into my Microsoft account , it just says its unavailable and to try again later, and when I try to fix it onto my laptop it opens a new tab and then just instantly closes.

How do I fix this?

All of my sign-in options say "This option is currently unavailable".

I can only use my pin to sign in, but since the Windows Hello PIN is unavailable, I can't change it.

I already deleted the NGC folder as recommended by others, but this did not help.

How can I change my pin?

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work
